The United States Government Documents collection consists of 4705 declassified documents that address the situation in Rwanda during the 1990s. The collection features diplomatic cables, agency reports, bureau memoranda, and correspondence from the State Department, the Central Intelligence Agency, US Embassies, and additional U.S., Canadian, and United Nations bodies.
The documents were compiled by Daniel L. Nadel with the research assistance of William Ferroggairo and originally published in May 2006 by the National Security Archive at George Washington University on a CD-ROM entitled "Rwanda Collection."
Please note that all of the documents in the collection are in PDF format.
